FSB Backlash 2020 Match Results

*Last updated 8/22/20:

*The night kicked off with an exciting Triple Threat Match. Mark Mercer would separate himself late in the contest and make his return to FSB a successful one with a victory

Result- Mark Mercer defeats Jordan Collins and Anthony Mack

*Daniel Leslie is the King of Hardcore but he was unfortunately out of his element tonight. Adam James however wasn't and he took full advantage, easily outmaneuvering Daniel. Leslie showed plenty of heart as he escaped holds time after time but eventually he was caught with nowhere to go and forced to tap

Result- Adam James submits Daniel Leslie

*Two of FSB's most intimidating forces clashed for the first time ever. Brother Andrew may have been distracted as he looks ahead to his MITB cash in at Extreme Rules. Havok has been up and down lately but even at his worst he's someone you can never afford to overlook. And on this bought Havok looked to be back in championship form as he dominated late and got the victory

Result- Havok defeats Brother Andrew

*David Frank has been looking to make a name for himself since entering FSB. He's been impressive in his short time here and caught the eye of DJ Tech who offered him the opportunity of a lifetime. Frank showed no fear in stepping up to challenge for the Untied States Championship and he put forth one of the best performances of the night. But DJ was at the top of his game and looking to make a point in his own right about being a fighting champion. And the champion had more than enough fight as an emphatic Beat Drop sealed the deal giving DJ the victory

Result- DJ Tech defeats David Frank to retain the United States Championship

*This wasn't a match, at least not in the traditional sense. During an intermission, cameras caught up with Allen Duncan in the hospital. Fans were then transported inside the mind of a sleeping Duncan as he tried desperately to fight off the influence of Ouija. After a hauntingly psychedelic experience, Duncan was finally able to overcome Ouija and escape his nightmare, at least for the time being

Result- Allen Duncan defeats Ouija

*Having taken T. Booker out of commission, Alpha showed up to Backlash expecting to have the night off. Instead he was met with the news that he'd been booked in a Gauntlet Match by an unnamed interim GM. Throw in the match stipulation of a title shot and let's just say Alpha was in an even more foul mood than normal. He'd use that anger to his advantage as he dispatched Shane and Nightmare but the matches took their toll on the champion. His pace slowed considerably while his competition only improved and he struggled in defeating Amanda. But even after three matches Alpha still had energy to burn and Dylan Wade would have to push himself to a new level before finally picking up the victory and earning a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship

Result- Dylan Wade defeats Alpha to become No. 1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship

*A dejected Big G would watch from the back as the Gauntlet Match ended before he ever got his turn. He'd then be surprised by The Bulldog. Upset at haviing been left off the PPV, The Bulldog decided to create a match of his own as he pinned Big G and quickly escaped with the 24/7 Championship

Result- The Bulldog defeats Big G to become the NEW 24/7 Champion!

*What a main event! These two know each other inside and out and it showed in the ring as they put on an instant classic in their first ever one on one match. The Change is a Triple Crown Champion and surefire future Hall of Famer. But even with his resume this was still the shocker of the night. And to much of the locker rooms delight, Bo was shut up as he was served a huge slice of humble pie

Result- The Change defeats Botiatus to become the NEW INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION!

**Congrats to all of tonight's winners! Extreme Rules is up next so we're gonna give everyone free reign to be creative with match stipulations (within reason of course). Stipulations will still have to be cleared with management as usual and every match will have some kind of special stipulation. We've really enjoyed the promos and world building you've all been doing and we can't wait to see what you guys bring us for Extreme Rules! We. Are. FSB!
